Interior features
Our holiday apartments are fully furnished and equipped with everything you need to feel at home. Fully equipped kitchens, bedrooms with double beds or optionally single beds, bathroom with bath or shower, living room with sofa bed and smart TV, dining room with dining table and chairs.
Outdoor features
Some apartments have a terrace or balcony. A large garden for communal use with a grill and garden furniture. Each apartment has a free parking space directly at the house. Additional parking spaces are available in the immediate vicinity. Bicycle shed available. Garages can be booked.

Our holiday home at a glance
Our house is located on the outskirts of Schloß Holte on a property with a large garden, in a very quiet location. Free parking directly at the house. The adjacent Holter Forest is ideal for walks. A huge playground is just 150 m away. And whether you need a holiday apartment for just a few days or for a longer period of business, you are always welcome with us. Our apartments are fully furnished and equipped with everything you need to feel at home. Are you traveling in a larger group or with several families? No problem. All holiday apartments are in just one house, so bookings are possible for up to 16 adults. What could be nicer than a relaxed barbecue evening with friends or family in your own garden.
Rentals for several weeks are possible for holidaymakers, fitters, business travelers, seminar participants and police students. Long-term rentals of up to 6 months.
We can provide single or double beds upon request. Please specify when booking!
